Unauthorised Debit order Issue
<p>Feeling annoyed after an unauthorised debit order for the amount of R129 went off my account. I really need some explaining.</p>

Retriever is a third party payment service provider that facilitates the collection of debit orders on behalf of our clients (“the requestors”). The requestors instruct Retriever to collect amounts based on the services and or products that they provide. The requestors, amongst others, warrant and guarantee that there are legal and valid mandates for the payment instructions forwarded to Retriever for processing. As a result, Retriever electronically processes these debit orders on the requestor’s instruction.
We will gladly assist you in resolving this matter. Due to the confidential nature thereof we will communicate to your private email address.
