Unauthorised debit order!
<p>A debit of R129 was deducted from my FNB account. This was NOT authorised. Please explain and refund my money. </p>

The requestors instruct Retriever to collect amounts based on the services and or products that they provide. The requestors, amongst others, warrant and guarantee that there are legal and valid mandates for the payment instructions forwarded to Retriever for processing. As a result, Retriever electronically processes these debit orders on the requestor’s instruction.
