Paytoza reverses ******** debits by Vindzmark

I was astounded when I looked at my bank statement which I don't often do, as I am aware of all debit orders that go off monthly, to see continuous debits from a company called Vindzmark. After numerous calls to this company....who apparently sells lifestyle awards, of which I did not subscribe, and also not having any proof of what I am paying for and just not getting anywhere, I fortunately got through to a Johan Ligthelm fromPaytoza. He contacted Vindzmark, enquired about the legitmacy of their debit order and did a recon on all the debits that had gone through. Within a day....(and I have been battling to get answers for three weeks) JohanLigthelm had a refund of all the ******** debits refunded. He followed up the next day to ensure thatVindzmark had kept their word and assured me that the debit order will with immediate effect be stopped from their side.<br> <br> Service excellence in South Africa is very scarce and Johan proved that it does still exist.<br> <br> <br>
