Dear Buhlebethu Mazibuko

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

PaytoZa is a third party payment service provider that facilitates the collection of debit orders on behalf of our clients (“the requestors”). The requestors instruct PaytoZa to collect amounts based on the services and or products that they provide. The requestors, amongst others, warrant and guarantee that there are legal and valid mandates for the payment instructions forwarded to PaytoZa for processing. As a result, PaytoZa electronically processes these debit orders on the requestor’s instruction.

We will gladly assist you in resolving this matter. Due to the confidential nature thereof we will communicate to your private email address.

We trust that the complaint will be resolved to your satisfaction.

Should you require any further information, please feel free to contact us.

Regards

The PaytoZa team
