********** (Unauthorised) Debit Orders
<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly note that Retriever Fintech has been *******ly debiting R 129.90 from my account for the past 6 months, without my authorisation, using reference number: 9347MT20829. FNB reversed the amount, only to find that the company redebited the money. FNB could not trace the collection, and I took it upon myself to investigate the matter - to my surprise, Retriever Fintech is the company responsible. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called them today, today on number: ********** only to be advised that they are the third party company to Monopli Trading ( ********** / ********** ), which is non-existent. Please note that I do not have any relation to this company and I am not going to take this lightly, as it is *******. The requestors instruct Retriever to collect amounts based on the services and or products that they provide. The requestors, amongst others, warrant and guarantee that there are legal and valid mandates for the payment instructions forwarded to Retriever for processing. As a result, Retriever electronically processes these debit orders on the requestor’s instruction.
