********** Debit Order
<p>R79 debit order was taken off my bank account. i had no idea from whom and why. but via my bank I found out it to be Retriever Fintech and I regard this as ***** and would like the payment reversed immediately. I would like an explanation as to how they got their information.</p>

Retriever is a third party payment service provider that facilitates the collection of debit orders on behalf of our clients (“the requestors”). The requestors instruct Retriever to collect amounts based on the services and or products that they provide. The requestors, amongst others, warrant and guarantee that there are legal and valid mandates for the payment instructions forwarded to Retriever for processing. As a result, Retriever electronically processes these debit orders on the requestor’s instruction.
