Apology recieved

<p>After posting a negative review of Retriever for allowing a *****ulant debit order through my account, I received a call from them. The Retriever consultant was polite, well-spoken and apologetic. She explained they had blocked Thembas Marketing and an investigation is underway. She promised to ensure no other debit orders from any source would go through them without due diligence.</p>
