They simply don't care

I was due to appear for an arbitration hearing on the 14 May 15. I was in a very traumatic and depressed state when Matsa phoned and played on my emotional state at that time and spoke me out of going to the CCMA hearing and to settle for R10000.00 as my previous employer was very arrogant and would only pay R1000.00. The arrangement with Matsa was that Legal Services would take 35% and me 65% of the R10000.00. Since then I've been phoning, emailing, leaving messages for Matsa, Henry, Cassandra, Richard, Dennis, Themba etc etc. I finally received a payment of R5500 leaving a balance of R1000.00. I've been phoning almost daily with no feedback. I have been **** to constantly regarding the payments. I lost my car due to empty promises of a payment. BEING RETRENCHED IS VERY TRAUMATIC AND THESE PEOPLE WHO CALL THEMSELVES PROFESSONALS WHO WILL FIGHT FOR YOU SIMPLY DON'T CARE.
