Seriously Bad Service

You will have to search very far and wide to get the bad service that I have received from this company, <br> They only notified me about my ConArb hearing a day beforehand, with no paperwork or documentation, I was supposed to have a lawyer to help me which also didn't happen and basically had to do everything on my own. They settled the case against my wishes and notified me of this afterwards.They also had the settlement paid out into their own account after I explicitly told them not to.<br> Now I am in a situation and so are many other where they simply don't pay us the funds into our accounts.<br> I've driven to their offices in Rivonia three times to have it sorted out. You can call them, mail them and you just get the run around, You get transferred from one person to the next and when you do manage to speak to someone that seems to be able to help you receive empty promises.<br> I have spoken to Mr Mathsta who seems to be in charge, he even gave me his cell number when I was at Retrenchment Assist (Pty) Ltd the last time however it was the incorrect number. <br> Other people I have managed to speak to is Cassandra, Maame Obeng, Phillip, Lerato, Harry, Katherine and a few other people.
