Poor Service Deliverey/NO feedback

Retrenchment Assist has been dealing with my case for the last 2 and a half years. I only get feedback when I send them an e-mail, not always. If you contact them telephonically the person is never available and will always phone you back, this never happens, you have to make numerous phone calls to try and speak to the lawyer.<br> <br> I recevied an e-mail regarding my pre-trial in May and that was the last I heard of them. <br> <br> I phoned this morning, only to be informed that the lawyer assigned to my case left the company, thanks for letting me know!! They will find my file and contact me. Let's see if that happens.<br> <br> This is really very poor service delivery and I'm very dissapointed.
