I lost my job and went to retrenchment assist for help. They sent their team to my previous employer on my behalf of which my matter was settled within two days and my settlement was paid into their account within 3 days. After that getting my money has been a hassle. I have been to their offices a couple of times and was directed to another *********** girl by the name of casandra who asked for my banking details and promised me that my money will be paid within 14 days, a month has passed now and still haven't received my money and the proceedings of my case. I have been to their offices a couple of times and its lies after lies. Henry and casandra are ignoring my calls, l just want my money and documents for my case. IS RETRENCHMENTASSIST A LEGIT COMPANY OR A FLY BY NIGHT
