No Service Delivery

This was by far the worst service my husband has EVER received. No feedback, automated email replies if you send an email asking for an update. If you phone to ask for an update then they don't return the call or give any useful feedback. To top it of, they charged R1500 consultation fee...They are a joke, and a waste of money. Every time my husband went to the office to follow up, he got a different consultant every time, and then he has to explain everything over again. He was told that the matter was referred to the Bargaining council, but they had no record of it at the Bargaining council. When we requested the file back, it was a long story cause they had to send couriers to fetch the file. My husband is struggling more than 3 weeks to get his hands on his own file.REAL SLOW AND BAD SERVICE. My husband had to do his own follow ups with the CCMA and Bargaining council. He also had to submit the the documents to his employer and the Bargaining council himself. No thanks for bad service.
