EXCUSES! EXCUSES!

After having received great service and feedback form the lawyer / attorney who was handling my case, the progress in the resolution of my case came to a grinding halt! I received an email from the Admin / Revenue department on 3 March, requesting my bank details in order to process payment. I rep**** the next day - the email from Retrenchment Assist stated that payment would be processed within 10 days of my banking details having been received and a recon being done. Since then, Stephanie in the admin / revenue department has failed to give me regular updates, making excuses ranging from people who were supposed to do the recon haven't been in, to saying that they couldn't trace the payment from my previous employer - the list goes on. This after she told me 2 weeks ago Friday that she was personally doing the recon. BAD, DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE. I have yet to see a cent in my account!
