21 Months with no joy

FOR ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE REPORTED THEM ON HELLO PETER, AND DON'T KNOW WHERE TO TURN YOU CAN REPORT THEM TO THE LAW SOCIETY OF SA. Details below.<br> I have an unfair dismissal case from December 2013. It has now been 21 months and to date the only thing they can tell me is that they are waiting for a pre-trial conference. I have received 7 identical emails to the effect. Mrs Chanderev never return calls, thus you cant even set up an appointment to see them. The CCMA case had 30 days to be logged, which they never told me. I have now been waiting 2 hellish years, had a vehicle repossessed and this case is on the fast track to no where....
