Great product, hope to get missing hook part supp****

I bought the large retracta wall mount line many year ago and its still going strong without issues. A real live saver for storage space, being out of the way when not in use and holding such a lot of items without issue.

Unfortunately due to renovations at my home I have lost one of the wall Hooks and cannot use mine at the moment. I hope someone at retracta will read this and provide a solution to get another wall hook so we can continue our use (you can contact me via Phone or email is no issue).
