Chris Frost and his team were unbelievably helpful when my large washing line needed to be restrung. Chris answered all my emails literally within minutes after I put an initial enquiry on their website. They fixed it while I waited at their factory and gave the impression that nothing could be too much trouble. I have used Retractaline products for decades and will continue to do so. Ten out of ten for outstanding customer service.
