Policy ***4. I submitted a request for retirement and savings funds from Old Mutual on November 6, 2024, and was informed that the process would take five working days. However, I am still awaiting a response. I have made several phone calls, yet it appears that no one is taking responsibility for my request.

To date, I have not received a satisfactory explanation regarding the delay. It has been over a month, and I have not been provided with any substantial information. I have exhausted all avenues of inquiry and hope you can assist me in resolving this matter. I also sent an email yesterday seeking clarification, but I have yet to receive a response.
