Pensions claim not paid

I submitted my claim beginning March and was promised to be paid in 15 day. Now every time I call they take time to answer some days they do not answer.

I'm about to lose everything I have worked for. MFC is about to take my car FNB to take my house.

Can someone please assist me to make Rise pay my pensions 😭😭😭😭😭.
