NO Service at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying from September to submit my tax return, but can't due to RISE that submitted an expired tax directive number and they just don't bother sorting it out. I can't do anything from my side as they have to resubmit the tax directive to SARS and amend the IRP5 submitted by them to SARS to enable me to submit my tax return. I have send them numerus emails but up to now this is not sorted. You can't phone them as the phone just keep on ringing.
