Retire at home-pathetic.

Retire at Home is a home care business which has poor service. They have the contract to run the sick bay in the retirement village my mother lives. The staff is in general unhelpful, the service unreliable, not coming when they are suppose to come. Not even willing to tie a shoe lace, because it is not their job. They're service is so pathetic that my mother needs to move to another retirement village.
