poor services from Retek Epoxy floors

No one at this company takes responsibility for ANYTHING. They moved furniture around at my house after I told them not to, and they broke stuff inside the one cupboard, but yest till today, no one has said anything about this. Then my laptop goes missing, but this could have been the electrician at my house that same day.<br> <br> Their prices for their flooring is every time different and they charge you for something that they DID NOT DO, HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THIS. Then when you do take it up, their staff cannot even work the correct price out and email me a wrong price again.<br> <br> With all the work I have done with them, they have taken 50% deposit, but now all of a sudden they want 100% , I am very sorry, if you were more professional, maybe then, but at this stage, I am very sorry. They don't know what they doing and their staff try to cover up for everything.<br> <br> Their owner Johan doesn't have the courage to even pik up the phone and return any of my phone alls.<br> <br> Please if anyone needs epoxy floors TRY ANOTHER COMPANY AND NOT RETEK!!!
