Beware: Retek Renovations

In March 2020 Edward and Juan van Jaarsveld, trading under Retek Renovations in George, Western Cape. Used Covid as an excuse to stop paying occupational rent. It took more than a year to evict them as they used all the tricks in the book to stall. They made no effort whatsoever to pay the debt or seek alternate accommodation that would suit their pockets. Apparently they have done this twice before. Please be careful of accepting this father and son's promises as they have no consideration for anyone but themselves and reneged on one promise after the other.
