Operations Department is ****ed Up

The Management in Operations subotages the employees, operations Department is Bull**** they don't uphold the company's vision and mission, they don't even deliver on their promises. I have been give a run around for my salary that was supposed to be paid to me at the end of November including my Fuel Claim. Operations Manager is now ignoring my texts.
