Utterly shocking and dissapointing

<p>5 weeks ago I placed an order for a flatiron. I paid via eft so gave it a good few days before I enquired the first time, a week to be exact. I followed up and was told the product is out of stock but they will receive stock early April. Nothing whatsoever happened and I followed up AGAIN only to be told that they will deliver my parcel the following week, I told them I was going away and can only receive on the 24th of April. Today I followed up once again and was told the product is out of stock in the black colour I ordered. So I told them to send me any colour as I just so desperately want my flatiron only to be told again everything is out of stock. I am so disappointed and shocked, I have been nothing but patient, other people would've been throwing their toys out the cot ages ago!!!! My first time and never again, I will also communicate to others to avoid this bad service.</p>
