Extremely poor customer service

Very poor customer service. 10th business day since products were ordered and order has still not been shipped. Their excuse is that they have requested a contact number and that it can't be shipped without one - the contact details was provided the same day they requested it. Attempted to contact them telephonically, no one ever answers.
