Do not use Retailbox to buy cosmetic products!!

I am extremely disappointed in this company and how they continuously disappoint me.

The first incident was when I placed an order for Shampoo. The order took extremely long to get delivered and when it arrived, the product had leaked from the container and a R500 product was wasted.

My second incident was when I placed an order for a few products in Nov and the order went ''missing'' (after I paid)

It is not possible to speak to a representative and they do not respond on email. I will bever use this company to buy products again!
