Disgusting Service, they have ****** my money..

I have placed an order on the 3rd of January 2023 & still have not received it.. I don’t get feedback, no one contacts me.. I tried to call online and their line is not working.. I call the store and they say they have nothing to do with online?! As I business how can you tell your customers that? I get emails from SkyNet everyday promising delivery with no actual time.. wait the entire day only to be disappointed. I must deal with couriers as a customer? Is this fair? Beg couriers everyday for something I have paid for? No one chases anything up.. only if I send an email to SkyNet I get a reponse no today it will come.. today it will come.. today… DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM if you expect simple service or common Curtesy it simply doesn’t exist in this company!! Extremely unreliable!! As It stands they have ****** my money because I have not received my products nor am I hopeful to receive it!!
