Disappointed by their service

A month ago I ordered mini makeup products from Retailbox. When my parcel arrived I was shocked because it said on the back of the samples - SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE.<br> <br> I contacted retailbox and they phoned me back saying that they did not know it was samples they had sold me. (??)<br> <br> They also then asked me for my banking details to do a refund and said a courier will collect the stock shortly.<br> <br> It took 2 weeks for the courier to collect.<br> <br> No one has been following up with me - I have to contact them to get an answer.<br> <br> My parcel eventually got collected by the couriers on 30-09-2015 and still not refund.<br> <br> Is this how they treat all customers or only the one's that dare complain about their service or the samples that they are selling ?????<br> I was a first time customer that had high hopes of their service seeing that everyone is raving about them all the time. Now I am just very disappointed.
