Bad customer service

I purchased some shampoo from this company. In general they do not provide much of a description on there products. However the picture clearly showed a shampoo which says Sulphate free, so I purchased this believing that it what I would get. When it arrived it was not sulphate free. They came back to my query, but only said yes they were only provided with the non sulphate free one. So i asked for my money back, but said they would only put the money on my account. Since they do not stock the item I want I did not want money on my account. I said that the product was purchased due to false marketing and therefore I am legally entitled to my money back. So far they have not returned my message. I understand that you cannot get your money back it left over 5 days, so they are probably just delaying in order to stop me using this argument.

Every online shopping service I have used has always given the option of returning the item and getting a full refund. That's just general good service. I therefore will not be using this site again.
