Bad customer service

I was in guguletu mall at mcdonald around 5 oclock in afternoon 😡i came home upset bcs of the way their stuff treat customers ,the was a guy who was there to buy but the treatment she receive from 1 of the cashiers she was rude and the guy requested to see a manager who was there at the time🤔this is where the cashier lost it and swearing at the customer.the manager came instead of helping the customer she was just laughing at the customer as the cashier making funny of the customer 😡i never seen such a thing i work at retail for about 10 years from what i experience at mcdonald at guguletu mall its a disgrace and their manager is incompeted.its poor working ethics and its bad for the business 🤔i thought mcdonald is 1 of the big brands in the retail business but what i experience at guguletu mall 🙆♀️i wonder how they are making money with that attitude🤔i dont think that store will be there long.i dont even think they even know what a customer service mean🤔i hope before its too late some 1 needs to intervenie bcs that bad publicity.they must walk the talk otherwise that store will close sooner than expected.
