Bad experience

I purchased goods from retail home on the 24th September 2026 and paid via eft immediate payment on order number ***. I was advised delivery was to take place on the 25th September 2026. I tried contacting them via ***, *** message and telephone but no reply or response. Why hasn't there been any bad reviews on hello peter.
