I ordered a gadget from a promotion by this company early this year (March). Actually, shall I say before the pandemic. I was told that the product will arrive within 4-5weeks which I didn't mind given that it would be shipped.

Two months later, I contacted their customer care (via email) and was told that there's a delay due to the pandemic which I understood and was given a tracking no. which I used. Told me that the parcel was enroute. Another month passed and same process, still the same msg till I contacted them again and was given the same tracking no.

The funny and painful thing is that the tracking no. kept telling me the same thing over and over again till they told me it's in my country and should contact SA's postal service's. They also denied knowledge of the product. Same story again till now.... Pls HELP.!!
