********!!!!

This "business" is total ****!!! (Localdepot.co.za) (Retaildepot.co.za) on Shopify. They advertise appliances, cellphones etc at wholesale prices... the website looks "legit" like any other retail online store...

Before I bought anything, and doing some research, I've found nothing to say that they are ********, but unfortunately I have fell victim to their **** afterwards...

Paying them almost R6000 in a bank account "tyme bank" for the product, they gave a tracking number that I was confused over why the tracking number says the parcel comes from China!!! Thought im buying a product in Jhb! ......and still tracking after 23 days... and paying for a courier that was supposed to deliver 3-7 days it says the parcel arrived in SA 10 days back but no further updates. Contacting them via Email that comes back everytime and does not exist, whats app number that does not get read... the site is still up and running, but they don't reply at all!

To my shock I've done some deep digging and found two other customers on Shopify that has fallen victim to their ****! They **** people, close their site and opens up a new site... The same story... buy, track, nothing comes, contact them they don't respond!!

Im not even p**sd at them anymore, im p**sd at myself for not listening to my inner voice, the "red" flags showing...

Be wary of online retail stores, take time and DO RESEARCH FIRST!! DIG REALLY DEEP!! Use a reputable online store that you trust and know!! Don't fall for this k*k like I did!!
