Terrible service.
Dear Retail Capital your service is terrible. A day later i am still waiting for relevant documents. Phoned your switch board x 5. No luck either. It either just rings, or they answer and it just goes dead, or lastly they answer and nobody knows what is going on. Transfer from extension to extension. Absolutely terrible.

We can't see you on our system, we had a Henk applying for funding back in May with our Funding Specialist Gino, but the application was not completed.
