Sorry we were wrong, let's make it right!
After writing an earlier negative review, which I've now removed. I really wanted to give a shout out for the way my complaint was resolved. It took a while to find the right person but once I did they bent over backwards to resolve my issue. Everyone makes mistakes but this one was corrected with bells on - and I really appreciate that.
