Settlement slow to reflect, hopefully not vanished

I settled my debt 9 days ago, but it is still not reflecting in my Yoco capital account. I phoned them numerous times to find out where my money is and they were very unhelpfull. Its almost 100k. I am a doctor and now I must take time off to go visit their offices to sort out the problem. Im not impressed. They still charge me 22% per transaction since I settled. See you on Monday Retail Capital. Im going to be in your offices till my money reflects in my account.
