Incompetence and/or *****! You decide!!

For some reason they seem to think I have an account with them. I never signed any documents, never agreed to any terms. It is scary how they can make a mistake on their end and then claim I owe them money. They are deducting R1500 from my account per month! If I dont pay they put me down as non payer - they are a registered credit provider, in other words it affects my credit score negatively! and there is nothing I can do about it. The blatant incompetence is astonishing! I phone them and they dont even pick my details up on their system, after 30 min they state it is for a loan I took out, utter nonsense, they dont have proof of paperwork nothing! then they state it was for financing hardware I bought through a 3rd party, I paid for said hardware upfront in cash, it was never financed! They seem to be able to do whatever they want and I'm helpless against the machine! I have to jump through hoops to proof my point after dealing with numerous different people through their call center! I spent a great deal of time on the phone with them today - at my cost, my work isnt getting done cause I am doing theirs! What a nightmare!!! Run for the hills when you hear Retail Capital!!!! Ikokha and Yoko you need to think carefully here!
