Don't even consider using Retail Capital

At first I was happy with the first Capital advance I took through my Yoco. Then last year I ended up closing my shop and struggled to repay the loan. I was contacted by Zumi Credit Solutions and I made arrangements to pay the capital outstanding in two installments. The first installment of R2000 was paid on 29 August and the final instalment was paid on 29 September. I was promised a settlement letter within 2 to 3 days after settling the final amount. Still haven't received anything. In the meantime further amounts were deducted from my Yoco payments in the amount of around R345. I have asked this to be refunded to me. To date none of the payments I have made reflects on my account, not have I received the refund of the overpayment made. No joy after numerous enquiries made. Don't use Retail Capital unless it is your absolute last resort!
