I don’t think they really care about small business, after my turnover dropped, they helped me with reducing my daily payment, I even showed them proof I’m cutting on my debt by selling my property & after that I’ll be good again, the reduced amount was still a struggle though was working better but then they just decided to increase reduced amount while my property sale is in progress & still trying pick up on cash flow and debts. Keeping the reduced amount for around 2 months till the process is over is seemingly impossible coz they just keep debiting my account though struggling to run the business Will never use their services ever
