Appalling service from retail capital

The service one receives from this "business " is appalling & disgusting! The fact that it's not even the first time just shows how *********** they are !!!! If you have a business kindly refrain from using their services. They customer Service attitude is even more disgusting it's only okay when you don't have an issue but soon as you receive issues with their services you're worthless to them refrain from this company. I had an advance through IKhokha with them that has been paid in FULL R125k . Yet they refuse to update this on their side , yet surprisingly it's easy for them to send emails stating I have not been paying them since December which is because the advance is already paid for. And if they were professional enough they would've seen this 🙄 but all they see is transactions aren't made . Calling there customer Care is an even bigger nightmare as they will send you from pillar to post . Not forgetting the attitude of your staff UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And no I didn't receive the help I needed to get this sorted even after working tirelessly to pay up This advance. 🤮
