Abuse of consumer rights
On 5 June 2024 I mailed their accounts email stating I want a settlement figure dated 7 June for an early settlement of the account. No reply. On 7 June I made a capital payment towards the outstanding capital according to my calculations. They ignored 4 subsequent email and 2 telephonic requests. They keep on deducting the daily debit order. I stopped the debit order but they still proceed to mail me about the outstanding interest without adhering again to my mail which I forwarded to them dated 5 June and onwards.

I have escalated and spoken to the teams internally and they have assured me they are working on a resolution asap.
