Breach of contract: Unable to cancel membership

I subscribed to ResumeSurgery to build a CV and paid for a 1 day membership for $2.99. I read in the Terms and Conditions that I am able to cancel this membership within 7 days if I do not wish to be billed on a monthly basis at a cost of $34.99. I have sent an email requesting cancellation, followed their online instructions of cancellation and left numerous online messages for their technical support team - all of which have not responded in any way. I have also tried to cancel this membership via PayPal but am unable as this billing has been set up to start automatically on the 8th of February 2016.
