Automatic contract renewal

Signed on to there web page in order to upgrade my CV. Paid for a day membership and they automatically upgrade it to a monthly membership if you do not cancel it in 7 days. It's ****************. No membership email or anything. They took more than R3000 from me and I received absolutely nothing from them...couldn't even use their lousy templates.
