********* and ********** business practice

I tried Resumedone sometime in October 2020 and paid an initial $1.95 which they say is for a trial period of 14 days. I however was unaware that there was an automatic subscription where the sum of US 29.99 was being charged from my account for 3 months. I discovered this from going through my card transactions one day after another payment was taken. I proceeded to cancel my subscription which was not easy to do by the way and sent them a request for a refund which they have flatly refused. This must be ********** practice as I have never received any Email with an invoice or even something to say that the trial period was over and payments would be taken from my card. This is blatantly taking advantage of unsuspecting customers, and refusing to grant me a refund even though I have not used the service since then shows how ********* this business is.
