I took a 14-day plan - and tried canceling the service prior to the last date. But nothing happened. The button did not work. A TECHNICAL ISSUE from their end.

And SURPRIZE, a day after I was charged $29.99 for nothing from my debit card without any notice.

I contacted customer service at *** asking them to cancel my subscription and issue a refund.

TO WHICH THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO DENY MY REFUND. AND CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION.

THE WORST PART? NOW I'M BACK TO A FREE PLAN WHERE I CAN NOT DOWNLOAD ANYTHING - THE SERVICE FOR WHICH THEY CHARGED ME BY TRICKERY HAS GONE DOWN THE DRAIN.
