Resumedone.IO ************ business practice

I went online to redesign my CV online and came across the site , the templates were what I was looking for and filled in my information , how the site runs it seems as if there is a once off fee which also appears at the end and not from the start which is misleading, I completed and mind you I still had some errors on the resume , what was surprising is that I did not receive any e mail confirmation of what was completed online and the product that I received and what was more upsetting is that another debit order came off and I was unable to make contact with Resumedone.io in order to cancel it or refund it , I tried different options , hopefully its cancelled after completing some information as again no e mail confirmation with any link was received even when the site said that one will be sent . This is ********* and ************ business practice .
