Be Careful - Good product, dangerous business practices

Warning! Think before signing up for this service.

The actual service offering is very good. But they appear to be a ************ business preying on you.

I had signed up with them and have had a few weird transactions showing on my budget tracking app. They didn't show up in my banking app so I wasn't too worried.

But now the service was cancelled without any input from my side, while I have an active subscription (paid) and their contact center basically responds that I cancelled it and I get no service from this point. That means even though I paid I get no service.

I've now had to cancel my credit card and get a new one to be sure I'm safe from them (at my banks advice in consultation with them).

Just watch out. I've now read a bunch of other reviews of other ***** practices, where people struggled to cancel and had problems. The product is good, but you are taking a real chance using it.
