Unauthorized debit!!

I am so annoyed by this company its *****! i opted for a one week subscription then downloaded my resume and cancelled my subscriptions immediately. Then a month later this stupid company debits me R502.00 only god knows for what? ?? i want my money reversed back to my account. i wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!! it’s ripping people off
