Resumecoach to overcharges clients which is *****

i signed on Resume coach to update my CV and the agreement was only for 14 days which i had to pay 14.93 which was debited from my account on the 30th of October then on the 30th of November they went and debited R502.02 which we did not agree on. i have sent emails to them and they are ignoring
