Dawn part steers **** service

Yerstaday I went at steers Dawn park I bought a 1/2 chicken with chips for R50 I told the cashier that I don't eat chill and they please put BBQ on my meat ...she suggested that I take mild cause it's not HOT ..I said ohk let them do it mild ...and my friend ordered extra HOt ... We went to chill inside the car while we waiting. Few minutes later we both went in and gave the cashier our slips ..she did not check the order number she just gave our food ... I went to my car opened my meal and bit my chicken..only to find out that my chicken is extra hot haibo I quickly went back and asked for water cause I don't eat chill then reported .. the cashier was sorry you could see in her eye's that she is sorry and worried .. the manager came without even apologies mam can I ask what is happening..no he was very rude and asked me stupid question.. that time I'm the one who was complaining and ate chill ..he asked my what sauce should they put now that I'm back I said BBQ ... They toke my old meat and washed it off that chill and put BBQ .. how do I know it's the same meat .. I checked where I had ate it and it had BBQ sauce at the same time it was chill ... I will never ever by from steers and I advise ppl to not go buy at dawn park service is poor and the manager is so rude.
